LIQUIDATION UPDATE - April 2012
I obtained approval from the sheriff at Aberdeen to provide all updates regarding the liquidation process on www.simply3g.co.uk. Updates are posted on the website such that the approximate two thousand former Simply Communications customers can receive information in a timely manner.

I am taking steps to concluded the liquidation process for Simply Communications and seek my discharge as liquidator.

Dividend payment
Please note that cheques issued in April 2011 as part of the final dividend and not yet cashed are no longer valid. Therefore, they will not be honoured upon presentation. If any creditor attempts to cash their cheque any cost associated will fall upon such creditor. The sum of £7,226,26 representing the total for unclaimed dividend cheques has been consigned to the Accountant of Court. Should a creditor wish to claim their dividend, please contact the office of the Accountant of Court, at Accountant of Court's Office, Hadrian House, Callendar Business Park, Callendar Road, Falkirk, FK1 1XR telephone 0132 467 7740.

This update will remain available until the liquidation process is concluded at which time, this site will be closed.
