A No the company ceased trading on 1st February 2008.
Q As the company is now in liquidation, doesn't it mean that my contract is automatically cancelled?

A Although the company sold the mobile phone to you, your airtime contract is with the network supplier. You should contact them direct with regards to your ongoing contract. You will find the relevant details at the Useful Links page of this website.
Q Can I take legal action?
A As the company is in liquidation you cannot commence any legal action against it.
Q Can I cancel my direct debit?
A As your airtime contract is with the network provider you should speak to them before considering cancelling your direct debit as you will be in breach of the terms and conditions of your airtime contract. You will find the relevant details at the Useful Links page of this website.
Q Will I receive my cash back?
A At this stage in the liquidation it is too early to provide an indication of the level of return to creditors/customers. Updates will be provided as the liquidation process continues.
Q How do I register that I have a claim for cash back.
