Notice is hereby given in accordance with rule 4.18 of The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 that, on 12 May 2008 I, Michael J M Reid CA, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR was appointed liquidator of Simply Communications UK Limited by order of the sheriff at Aberdeen. A liquidation committee has not been established and I do not propose to summon a separate meeting for this purpose unless requested to do so by one tenth, in value, of the company’s creditors.
